- Can I order a gift certificate? [Back to Top]
Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount. They make the perfect gift or addition to another purchase.
- Do you charge sales tax? [Back to Top]
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Colorado.
Colorado State laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount
of the product order (not including shipping).

- How do I place an order? [Back to Top]
First pick out the items you would like.
Add your items to your cart.
Hit the "View Cart" button.
Here you will be able to modify your cart.
Select the "I'm ready to checkout" button.
On this page you will be asked for some information.
Follow the instructions and you're on your way.

- I received my package as a gift may I return it? [Back to Top]
You may return your gift for exchange or store credit only.
Call Arabella at 303.623.2140 or email us at info@shoparabella.com to obtain a Product Return Code.
Returns will not be accepted with out a Product Return Code. Items must be returned within 30 days
of purchase.
- May I cancel my order? [Back to Top]
If you request to cancel your order or items on your order, we will attempt to cancel these items if your request is falls within one hour of placing your order (please note that all order cancellation requests must be made before 7 pm MST!). In order to make a cancellation request, please call 303.623.2140, as these requests must be received via phone. If our Customer Lines are engaged, you will be asked to leave a message. Please include your order number and contact details. If you do leave a message we cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded.

SALE items purchased online are FINAL.
We will not do returns or exchanges for any sale item purchased.
- What is your return policy? [Back to Top]
In Store Return Policy:
Items purchased in store can be returned for store credit ONLY with a receipt with in 30 days of purchase.
Online Return Policy:
At Arabella we realize purchasing online can be different since you can't feel and see the item beforehand. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Arabella, you can return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs within 10 days of shipping.
After 10 days, only store credit will be issued, and after 30 days, all sales are final. If you have an online return contact Arabella at 303-623-2140.
You will be issued a Product Return Code. Returns will not be accepted without a Product Return Code.
Please note, the merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging.
All special order items and items bought on Sale are final sales.

Arabella Boutique accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
Your order will be shipped the next business day if received before 3 pm MST, and within two business days if after 3 pm MST.
